JGO provides two types of services:
Express (Padala)
This is our padala service in which we will bring your package from point A to point B, we assure you that our riders will handle this with utmost care.
Food Delivery
This is our food delivery service; you can choose from the available restaurants that JGO is partnered with.
Express (Padala)
For JGO Express, cover only these areas as of now: Metro Manila area until Quezon City, Laguna area up to Sta. Rosa, Cavite up to Silang area.
Food Delivery
For JGO Food we cater to Muntinlupa, Paranaque and Las Pinas area.
JGO Operations is from 9:00AM – 5:00PM
Once booked for Express or for Food, a JGO rider will help with your delivery. Our riders are equipped with insulated bags and are properly trained for their tasks.
Express (Padala)
For our Express service, you can pay via Cash or Top up with our JGO Wallet. You can Top up using your GCash, Debit/Credit Card for your cashless transactions.
Food Delivery
For our Food Delivery, you can via Cash, GCash Scan (Scan the IDs of our JGO Rider via GCash QR Code).
The maximum number of drop–offs is 15.
The maximum weight limit for express delivery is 20kg. Please see weight rate to check the different additional fees for heavier packages.
These items can be delivered as long as they are legal and are properly packaged and follows the weight limit of the company.

Express (Padala)
Delivery rate starts at P50 Base rate and P5 Per KM for the first 10KM and P6 after 10KM.
Food Delivery
Delivery rate starts at P47 and will increase depending on the distance of the restaurant.
